Hanover Company Submits Plans for 720 Units on Reed St. Site
The Hanover Company has filed plans for a multiphased mixed-use project along Reed Street in Brookland. The overall project will provide approximately 723 new residential units and approximately 18,000 square feet of ground floor PDR/makerspace. The development team proposes to construct the Project in two phases. The first phase is the construction of the Phase I Building to include 420 units, and the second phase will include construction of the Phase II-A Building and Phase II-B Building.
