Harding Green Nearly Complete: Wachusett Brewing to Anchor Food Hall
The Kelley Square Lofts (the residential portion) of Harding Green are nearly complete with expected move-ins to begin on September 1st. The 48 rental units range in size from studios through two-bedrooms renting from around $1400-$2200 per month. At the base of Harding Green will sit the Worcester Public Market, scheduled to open on November 1st. The market will house around 35 food vendors and will be anchored by a Wachusett Brewing tap house, featuring a bar built into an Airstream trailer.
