Hardware Specs Complete for Approved 430K SF Fenway Mixed-Use Project
Architectural Specification Consultants (ASC) has just completed the hardware specs for the approved 60 Kilmarnock Street project working with the project's architect CBT Architects. The 426,5000 square foot Fenway development is set to include 435 residential units and ground-floor retail. The project features several lever designs and finishes that will truly embrace the interior designer's vision for the building. The project which was approved by the planning board in January 2019 is expected to enter the bid stage in several weeks.
