Harlem Mixed-Use Nears Completion
A new mixed-use development at 263-267 West 126th Street is looking very close to completion. Lemor Development Group's latest creation will contain 37 residential units spread across 7 stories. In addition, it will include community facility space, and most interestingly, 4,500 square feet of STEM-focused incubator space that will serve local entrepreneurs.
The design firm behind the project is Aufgang Architects, and the general contractor is Apex Building Company. Apex is currently working on the interior of the building, and the lower portion of the facade. Construction is expected to complete by the end of 2021.
