Harlem Residential Building Sells for $105M
A 17-story mixed-use building at 56 West 125th Street in Harlem has just sold for $105 million. HUBB NYC acquired the 135,000 sqft building from The Jay Group, a Brooklyn-based developer who had just recently finished the project. The building contains 141 residential units (including 46 affordable), as well as 12,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. HUBB NYC will add this building to a sizable portfolio of over 35 properties, spread across the city. The company plans to handle property management operations for 56 West as well.
