Hartford Residential Project Granted $6.3M Through State Grant Program
Located at the northern tip of Ann Uccello Street in Downtown Hartford, this development will come in 2 phases. One will include 43 mixed-income apartments with nearly 8000 ground-floor retail and public recreation space. The second will include 18 units and 1,200 sqft of commercial space.
Developed in partnership between The Carabetta Companies, The San Juan Center (A non-profit dedicated to social and economic development in Hartford), and the city the project $6.3 million from the newly minted Connecticut Communities Challenge Grant Program, as well as a 3.8 million loan from the Capital Region Development Authority.
The team hopes to break ground in October.
