Hearing Examiner Recommends Approval of Mixed-Use Project at Gladiolus and Winkler
A Lee County hearing examiner has recommended approval of developer Arlington Properties’ mixed-use development at the intersection of Winkler Road and Gladiolus Drive. A rezoning request for the project must be approved by the Lee County Board of County Commissioners, no date has been set for a vote. The plans call for a 319-unit apartment complex along with a commercial/retail building. The development would feature a 4.68-acre lake fronting Summerlin Road.
