Heritage Potomac Under Review
Plans are under review for a senior living development located at 10701 South Glen Road in Potomac. Dubbed Heritage Potomac, the project would include 63 independent living units (44 Cottage Units and the remaining 19 units to be located in the Lodge) and 105 beds for assisted living (to include memory care). The Cottage Units are designed to capture the architectural vocabulary of surrounding Potomac estate homes with the Lodge to be at the center of campus life where residents can gather for dining, health and wellness services, social activities, entertainment, and exercise.
