Herndon Town Council Approves 1.5M SF Fairbrook Park Development
The Herndon Town Council has approved plans for a 4 building mixed-use project on 28 acres intersection of Herndon Parkway and Fairbrook Drive. The 1.5 million-square-foot development would feature 2 office buildings, one at 19-stories along with 2 residential buildings one with 20,000 square feet or retail and childcare space.
