Hill Holliday to Move to Seaport, Consolidate with MullenLowe
Advertising agency Hill Holliday will vacate 80,000 SF of space at 53 State Street and join its sister agency, MullenLowe, in the Seaport. The company will sublease approximately 75,000 SF of space at Two Drydock Avenue. In October of 2020, a permit valued at $6M was pulled to build out a 50,000 square foot media hub for the MullenLowe offices. Two Drydock, which opened early last year, features 230,000 square feet of office space with 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
