Hilton Alexandria - Mark Center Residential Announced
A proposal has been filed to demolish the existing hotel building and stormwater pond located onsite and construct one 7-story residential multifamily building. It will have approximately 360 units, three courtyards, and a 415 spot below grade garage. An underground storage detention and treatment system and other utilities will be installed as part of the project to serve the development and the existing adjacent hotel property.
