Hines Breaks Ground on Chelsea Point Industrial Project
Hines has officially broken ground on Chelsea Point, an industrial development site at 250 Marginal Street in Chelsea. The upcoming 146,409-square-foot facility will be a Class A industrial development with 36-foot clear height and flexible design to accommodate single or multi-tenant uses. The 8.6-acre site is just two miles from Boston Logan International Airport and three miles from downtown Boston. Construction is expected to be completed in Q1 of 2024.
