Holt Lunsford Files Plans for 22.3 Acre Industrial Park In Cedar Park
Cedar Park, TX
On January 9th, Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments outlined plans for all three buildings of their rear-loading industrial park along Scottsdale Drive in Cedar Park. Documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation show the project is set to break ground in June of 2025, with the initial three shell buildings costing $22.5 million. Houston-based firm Powers Brown is the architect of record for the build, though a general contractor has not yet been announced. The first phase of construction is slated for delivery in June of 2026.
