Hotel Use Approved for NY Ave. Office Conversion
The DC Zoning Board has approved a modification to the plans for the redevelopment of 1425 New York Ave. NW. Original plans called for the conversion of the existing office building to a residential use containing approximately 255 new dwelling units. Now portions of floors 2-4 can be used for lodging purposes.
