Howard Hughes Corp. Breaks Ground on 500K+ SF Mixed-Use Project in Columbia
The Howard Hughes Corporation has officially broken ground on Marlow within Downtown Columbia's Merriweather District. The upcoming 7-story building will feature 472 residential units and 32,000 square feet of retail at its base. Construction is expected to last through late 2022.
