Howard Road Townhome Development Approved
The proposal to develop the site with a new townhome community consisting of 16 new row houses (12 attached and 4 semi-detached row dwellings,) has been approved. The Soto-Designed community will feature units with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms each, and will be roughly 1,649 sq. ft. of space per dwelling.
