HRP Files Plans for 2nd Phase of 776 Summer St.
HRP Group has filed a Phase 2 Development Plan and related Master Plan Amendment for the second phase of the 776 Summer Street project in South Boston. The Phase 2 project consists of the redevelopment of an approximately 6.8-acre portion of the overall 15.2-acre site. Phase 2 Project includes the adaptive reuse of the 1898 Turbine Hall, 185,500 square feet of new housing and retail uses on Block A, 200,000 SF of new housing and retail uses on Block B, 240,000 SF of new housing, hotel/office and retail uses on Block E, and 350,000 SF of new office/research and development and retail uses on Block C. 2 acres of public open space will be delivered with the Phase 2 project.
