I-195 Redevelopment District Chooses Pennrose as Parcel 9 Developer, Proposes 2 Buildings
The 195 Redevelopment Commission chose Pennrose Properties of Philadelphia as the developer for the Parcel 9 site in Fox Point. Pennrose proposes to build 130 units over retail spaces in two 5-story buildings.
Pennrose plans to purchase the 1.09 acre site for $800,000 through a loan with the 195 Commission.
Construction of the two buildings is set to begin in July of 2022, at a project cost per square foot of $311 for the first building and $324 for the second.
