Inclusion of Lab Space Approved for Riverside Station in Newton
Newton's land use committee has approved a notice of project change for the approved Riverside Station, with a full city council vote expected later in September. The planned hotel space at the development will be replaced with a 63,000 SF life science research building, adding a total of 100,000 SF of space to building 2.
