Industrial Park in Fort Myers Acquired for $155 Million
Walton Street Capital has acquired Tri-County 75, a new industrial park in Fort Myers, for $155 million. The property was acquired by Glenstar, the property’s developer, in a deal arranged by CBRE. The campus, which is 95% leased, is comprised of five buildings totaling 800,000 square feet. Tenants include Ferguson Enterprises, Mechanical One and NB Handy. The site is prominently located at the intersection of I-75 and Luckett Road with excellent highway visibility and traffic counts exceeding 95,000 cars per day.
