Inman Square Building Refinanced for $4.2M
212 Hampshire Street in Inman Square has been refinanced for $4,235,000 in a mortgage from Salem Five Cents Savings Bank.
The 7,483 square-foot building was sold vacant with a deed restriction that prohibits the new owner from opening a restaurant, bar, gourmet food store or music venue. Currently, the project is finishing interior space, undergoing renovations to add 8 residential units within 2 new floors above the commercial space.
