Insight Property Group has successfully closed on the land acquisition of the former Ballston Macy’s in Arlington, VA. The firm is preparing to begin construction in early 2025. This development will feature 553 thoughtfully designed apartments above a full-service grocery store, enhancing and adding to the existing vibrant community of Ballston. Land records show a purchase price of $20,000,000 for the property.
