Institutional Master Plan filed for 840 Columbus Ave
Northeastern University has submitted a revised institutional master plan for 840 Columbus Ave in response to the City's scoping determination filed in January.
Plans call for 468,500 SF, 25-story mixed-use building containing a five-story podium with an active community-focused ground floor and four stories of innovative teaching space. The tower will house approximately 810 beds for Northeastern students, and roughly 18,000 SF of the ground floor will be dedicated to community engagement space with the neighborhood of Roxbury.
