Interior Finish Work Underway for Fire Damaged Brookline Multifamily
Construction continues on the full renovation of 11 Strathmore Road in Brookline. The 3 story multifamily was gutted by a fire last September and now Hemenway Construction is working to restore the 3 residential units. The firm recently completed insulation and now finishes are being put into the historic restoration. The building, which was originally constructed in 1930 sits just a few blocks from Cleveland Circle. Hemenway is firing on all cylinders to push towards the completion of this project scheduled next month, November of 2020 for final occupancy.
