Interior Finishing Ongoing for Alexandria Affordable Housing Development
Interior finishing is ongoing for The Spire, the upcoming affordable apartment project being developed by AHC Inc and the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection. The building will offer 113 apartments, 1 through 3 bedrooms, along with a community room and landscaped terrace. ECR is also building new worship and programming space adjacent to the affordable apartment community.
