Interior finishing underway at Beacon Park luxury townhouses in Somerville, now on sale

The exterior facade of the Beacon Park new-construction luxury townhouses, located at 191 Beacon Street in Somerville a short distance from Harvard and Porter Squares, is fully complete. Maroon and beige exterior finish panels have been installed throughout the facade, and all windows are in place. With the building weather tight, the construction team has begun installing luxurious finishes throughout Beacon Park’s interior. Spaces have been plastered, and installation of crown moulding and tile backsplashes along walls, as well as flooring, is now beginning.

Each residence features an open floor plan with high ceilings, and is graced with abundant natural lighting. Atop each residence, a private roof deck with sweeping views of surrounding greenery and the Boston skyline has been installed. One townhouse features an exclusive live-work space along Beacon Street that can be used as an extension of living space, or as an office or retail space for the resident.
