Interior Finishing Underway at Breakwater in Lynn
Rough piping and ductwork are complete for building B at Breakwater in Lynn as phase 2 development continues, with construction expected to wrap up late fall. The new construction will feature two waterfront buildings with 5-stories and 331 apartments. The project includes the development of a harbor walk and linear park along the shoreline.
