Interior finishing is progressing for another residential development along Dorchester Avenue right outside Andrew Square. This particular project is set to feature 8 condo units along with parking for 9 cars.
This section of Dorchester Avenue has seen several projects taking shape as part of the South Boston Dorchester Avenue Planning Initiative. The City's goal with this plan is to create a diverse walkable neighborhood between Andrew Square & Broadway MBTA stations.
