Interior Finishing Underway for Press House
Construction continues on the Press House project near Union Station. The mixed-use project is expected to welcome first residents this summer. The development will feature around 350 apartments, 25,700 square feet of office space, and 27,282 square feet of retail space. Project amenities include two lushly landscaped courtyards, a fitness center with a climbing wall, ample ground-floor bicycle parking and a dog spa for pet owners. Rooftop party rooms open onto a landscaped roof terrace with an infinity pool and views of the US Capitol dome.
