Interior Finishing Underway for The Residences at Fairmount Station
Interior finishing is well underway for the upcoming 27 unit residential building adjacent to the Fairmount Commuter Rail Station in Hyde Park. The four-story project will feature a mix of studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. 24 of the units are designated as affordable. The building will also include 6,000sf for a children's play area and a public community room.
