Interior Finishing Wrapping up For Penthouse Units at The Jordan Lofts
The redevelopment of the Jordan Lofts in the South End is in its final phase with interior finishing wrapping up for the penthouse units. The Holland Companies tells BLDUP Penthouse A should be complete for May 1st with Penthouse B, already sold, completed earlier this month. The historic building along Harrison Avenue was first constructed by Jordan Marsh and Company in 1910 to satisfy the company's transportation requirements as an industrial stable, taking care of the many horses utilized in carrying products to and from its stores. The new luxury residential units offer amenities such as on-site garage parking, concierge service, and exterior balconies.
