Interior Finishing Wrapping Up for Worcester Courthouse
Work inside the Worcester County Courthouse Lofts is wrapping up as interior finishing comes to a close. The historic building that has been vacant since 2008 and dates back to 1843 is being transformed into 114 mixed-income apartment residences.
The courthouse sits on 4.3 acres and is located in Downtown Worcester’s Lincoln Square, at the intersection of Highland and Main Streets a short distance from Worcester Union Station and other city landmarks. Residents began moving in the building in January.
