Interior Fitting Begins on Cambridge Associates Offices at Winthrop Center
has secured an alteration permit for floors 24-26 for a fitout of Cambridge Associates' offices at Winthrop Center in Downtown Boston. Cambridge Associates will be leasing 115,000 SF of office space at the under-construction development.
The upcoming 53-story tower will feature 321 units along with around 775K SF of innovative, Class-A office space plus the Connector, a multi-floor public gathering space, and thruway.
