Interior Fit-Out Underway on Fenway Lab Project
An electrical and interior fit-out permit has been issued to 20 Overland Street in Boston's Fenway neighborhood as a lab space fit-out kicks off for the building. Part of the larger 109 Brookline Avenue construction project, plans call for a new life science development at 109 Brookline Ave to be connected with 20 Overland Street. Plans were approved for the 250,000+ SF project in January.
