IQHQ Files Plans for 250K SF Lab Development in Fenway
IQHQ has filed a letter of intent for a 250,000 SF development at 109 Brookline Avenue in Fenway. IQHQ acquired the property for $270 million last February, plans now call for the demolition of the existing building and construction of a new building joining neighboring 20 Overland and featuring lab, office, and ground-floor retail space.
