JBG Smith Acquires Arlington Hotel for $3.5M

JBG Smith has made another purchase in Arlington. This time buying The Inn at Rosslyn for $3.5M. The now-closed 38-room hotel was constructed in 1957 and sits on a 20,050 square foot lot. The development firm also recently purchased the Americana Hotel for $45M.
