JBG Smith Acquires Arlington Multifamily for $5M

JBG Smith has acquired the Fern Gardens apartments in Arlington for $5M. Two building multi-family property is situated on a 33,227 square foot lot across from Eads Park in Arlington. The property features 30 units originally constructed in the 1960s. JBG Smith also purchased the Williamsburg Apartments for $6.5M & The Inn of Rossyln for $3.5M from The Green family.
