JBG Smith Applies for Permits to Begin Crystal City Waterpark Renovations
JBG Smith has applied for a series of permits to begin work on the renovations to the Crystal City Waterpark. Per the filings, a contractor is yet to be determined. The project will include demolition of the existing structures and landscaping on the site to make way for new restaurant space, a water bar terrace, and 5 retail kiosks. Plans for the project were approved in March.
