Jefferson Apartment Group Acquires Ballston Development Site for $12M
Jefferson Apartment Group and Stars REI have acquired the development site at 1031 North Vermont Street in Arlington for $12,252,400. Plans for the 55,000 square foot site call for 108 units total a mix of 10 townhomes and a 7-story, 98 unit apartment building. Amenities are set to include a rooftop terrace and resident lounge.. The development team hopes to start construction in Q4 of this year.
