Jessica Aylward Joins Bulfinch as Assistant Vice President, Controller

Bulfinch has announced the hiring of Jessica Aylward, who is joining Bulfinch’s financial reporting team as Assistant Vice President, Controller. Aylward will work closely with the financial reporting team to oversee property accounting across the firm’s expanding portfolio. This strategic new hire is the latest in many recent additions to Bulfinch’s growing and diverse leadership team following the companies slate of appointments and promotions announced earlier this spring.

Aylward brings more than a decade of experience in finance and accounting, previously holding several notable positions. Most recently, Aylward served as Controller for Laz Parking Realty Investors where she oversaw financials for a nationwide $900M investment portfolio of parking assets. Prior to her time at Laz Parking Realty Investors, Aylward served as an Accounting Manager at Benchmark Senior Living during which she managed her own accounting team and was responsible for the company’s financial reporting.

Aylward, originally from Maine, earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Finance at the University of Maine in Orono.
