JLL Listing Space at Clearwater Logistics Center

 

 

JLL has announced its newest listing, Clearwater Logistics Center, a new industrial development in Clearwater. The tilting has started on Building B and the slab and panel pours are finishing up on Building A. The industrial development is being constructed on the site of the former Macy’s Credit and Customers Services Center.  The new logistics center will consist of two buildings totaling 307,400 square feet.  Building one, 151,100 square feet and 32 feet tall, will offer 49 dock high doors, two drive-in ramps, 125 auto parking spaces and up to 10 trailer parking spaces.  The 32-foot-tall building two will consist of 156,300 square feet and will offer 49 dock high doors, two drive-in ramps, 171 auto parking spaces and up to 10 trailer parking spaces.  Completion is expected in Q1 2025. The site is in the Gateway section of Clearwater with easy access to Roosevelt Boulevard and I-275.
