JP Affordable Senior Housing Development Now Under Review
The joint venture between New Atlantic Development and the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation has submitted plans for an affordable senior housing development at 3371 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain. The proposed five-story, 36,834 square foot building would include 38 units of low-income and extremely low-income housing for seniors as well as an 800 square foot restaurant space and one manager's unit. The project will also include indoor and outdoor common areas, a communal kitchen and dining room, and common laundry.
