Kadida Development Group Acquires Shaw Property for $3M
Kadida Development Group has acquired the building at 1318 9th St. NW is Shaw for $3M. Kadida filed plans last May to convert the existing 6,000 square foot building to 9 apartments along with office space on the basement through 2nd levels. The project would add 2 stories to the building plus a ground-floor garage at the rear of the building.
