King Street Proposes $500M Life Sciences Campus for Devens, MA
Developer King Street Properties announced plans to develop a 700,000 square-foot, 5-building campus called Pathway. The first property to begin construction is a 100,000 square-foot biomanufacturing facility at 45 Jackson Rd in Devens, MA.
The development will span 45 acres and total investment is expected to top $500,000,000 with $350,000,000 required to fit out the five proposed buildings targeting the life sciences and biomanufacturing industries.
