Kolter Group Acquires St. Pete Beach Development Site

 

 

Kolter Group has acquired a 3.9-acre development site that is located along the intracoastal waterway in St. Pete Beach for $9.85 million according to Pinellas County records. Kolter’s pland for the site have not been revealed. The vacant land is comprised of seven parcels. A mixed-use development, Corey Landing was proposed on the site, the developer, Ram Realty Advisors, withdrew the application in June 2023. The planned development was to include 243 Class-A residential units, a 5,000-square-foot restaurant space, a public park and 12,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. The plans for the project entailed building a seven-story, 243-unit residential building with 2,000 square feet of retail, office and commercial shops, along with a 5,000-square-foot restaurant at the east end of Corey Avenue. The second area included 243 residential units and the 12,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, which encompasses 8,264 square feet of retail and 3,959 square feet of co-working/commercial space.
