Kushner Submits Construction Permit Application for 872 Condos in Edgewater
Kushner Companies and PTM Partners have submitted an application for a construction permit at 1900 Biscayne Boulevard where they are planning a twin-tower project.
1900 Biscayne is a planned 42-story twin-tower development including 872 condos. It is a part of the larger project known as Edgewater Collective. Edgewater Collective will be comprised of three towers including 1,299 rental units with ultramodern finishes, 18,500 SF of retail space on the ground floor, and a multi-level parking garage. The project will also feature outdoor pools and sun decks, a large-scale co-working space with Zoom rooms, a podcast-recording room, yoga, and fitness studios. 130 of the units will be affordable housing units.
