Land Cleared at Site of Cold Storage Logistics in Tampa
The land has been cleared as construction progresses at Cold Storage Logistics, a cutting-edge cold storage facility that will be built in Tampa’s Ybor City. Sansone Group, in partnership with the Mandich Group and its subsidiary, Cold-Link Logistics, acquired a rare 7.27 acres infill site located in downtown Tampa, FL, in July 2022 and will develop a 110,476 square foot cold storage spec industrial building. The site is located in Ybor City, along the I-4 corridor, and is less than three miles from Port Tampa and 12 miles from the Tampa International Airport. Leasing started earlier in December. The brokerage firms Food Properties Group and Cushman Wakefield are handling leasing.
