Land in Downtown Sarasota Acquired for $32 Million
Virginia-based real estate firm SteeleHarbour Capital Partners acquire seven parcels in downtown Sarasota for $32 million. The parcels are bordered by Cross Street, Orange Street and Ringling Boulevard. The parcels total approximately 2.7 acres. The addresses of the parcels are: 1520 Ringling Boulevard, 200 South Orange Avenue, 300 South Orange Avenue, 1544 Cross Street, 1530 Cross Street, 1520 Cross Street, 301 South Pineapple Avenue. Five of the parcels have existing buildings, the other two are vacant. SteeleHarbour has not revealed plans for the property.
