Large Staten Island Warehouse Project in Public Review

A sizable, Class-A warehouse and distribution center, has been proposed for 1 Nassau Place in Staten Island's Richmond Valley neighborhood.

The proposal is currently in public review and being evaluated by the District 3 Community Board. Applicant, 1 Nassau Place LLC, is requesting the necessary zoning certifications in order to facilitate the project.

Developed by , the single-story warehouse would total square feet. It would feature 36-foot interior clearance heights, 60 loading dock doors, 50'x54' column spacing, 11 trailer storage spaces, and  employee parking spots.

At square feet, the project site spans roughly 18 acres. Half of the land is vacant, with the other half currently used as a storage lot for new vehicles. The property's location makes it ideal for shipping and receiving, as it sits within close proximity to Route 440, the NJ Turnpike, and I-287.
