The mixed-use development being planned at 8456 West Commercial Boulevard in Lauderhill, FL could start construction in Spring 2023.
Adventis Lauderhill will feature a 5-story structure with 255 to 275 flex units with one-bedroom to three-bedroom options. The community will be for young professionals and families who want to live near downtown Fort Lauderdale but can’t afford current market prices and will also offer retail space with parking amenities.
